Posti fails
I think, everyone who lives in Finland agrees with me that the Finnish postal service “Posti” is absolutely horrible. They are absurdly expensive, unreliable and the service is abysmal. I have about had it with them and thus I decided to put up my own little list of fails. Mind you, I’m but one single person, one customer, so if already I experience so many fails, it paints a grim picture of the overall quality of the service…
